Jason Halls
Managing Director

Jason is Managing Director of Talk Telecom and has over 30 years’ experience in telecommunications. Jason is passionate about his customers and the delivery of Talk Telecom’s services to meet and exceed customer’s expectations and technology aspirations. Outside of work Jason enjoys nothing more than tinkering with his old 1974 Escort Mk1 RS2000 and spending time with his family.

Sian Halls
Operations Director

 
Sian heads up operations and likes to have everything ship shape so that the processes and service delivery is first class and on time. Outside of work Sian enjoys her home life, holidays and most of all... shop, shop, shopping!!!

 

Luke Halls
Commercial Director

Luke left University with a BA (Hons) and then joined the family business. Luke is very customer focused and his mantra is treat other people how you wish to be treated yourself. Luke has excelled at sales development and account management and after only four short years at the company is now Head of Sales. Outside of work Luke has just bought his first house and is busy making it a home.

Mark Culshaw
Chief Technical Officer

Mark is Chief Technical Officer at Talk Telecom and ensures that Talk Telecom’s customers are kept up to date with the latest emerging technologies which will enhance how their business communicates and connects to the outside world. Mark has overseen many solutions and deployments which include complex multisite MPLS and VPLS solutions. Outside of work Mark values his time with his family the most and to relax, he plays Ice Hockey at a competitive level.

Jess House
Financial Controller

Jess House keeps tight control over the finances and ensures that everyone is paid on time. Outside of work, Jess likes nothing more than river walks & holidays in the forest with her dogs, spending time with her friends & family, watching live bands & the occasional stint on stage with her local amateur dramatics group.

Emma Griffin (Halls)
Senior Partnership Director

Emma joined the family business because of her passion for customer service and wanting to bring over ten years’ worth of sales experience to the team. With an infectious personality and great work ethic, Emma strives for the best for her clients. Outside of work Emma plans weekends around being outdoors and enjoys staycations with Luke and friends the most.

Sam Bell
Senior Partnership Director

Sam is passionate about Sales and working at Talk Telecom. He is devoted to looking after his customers and making sure they have the best products and service available. Outside of work, Sam keeps busy watching football, looking after his home with his better half and training his Labrador puppy.

 

 

 

Maxwell Thomas
Partnership Development Manager

I am an experienced consultative sales professional and love working with customers to find solutions to their technological challenges and aspirations. I am highly motivated and passionate about what I do, with the customer at the forefront of everything I do, delivering efficiencies and value for my customers. I enjoy customer engagement and working with people from a variety of different backgrounds. In my spare time I like spending time with my family and friends and either playing rugby or watching football.

Arlene Baptiste
Partnership Development Manager

Arlene, who has 20 years of sales experience, prioritizes top-notch customer service. A people's person, she loves dining out, musical gigs, and writing poetry. Her published poetry book is on Amazon. Arlene stays active through swimming, badminton, and enjoys long walks and holiday adventures.

 

 

Ben Housego
Partnership Development Manager

They call me Mr Mobile and I specialise in all things Mobile related. I have been in the telecoms industry for over 15 years now and have worked for Jason for over 12 of those years, so Jason says that I have learnt from the best!! I thrive on making my customers happy, listening to my customers needs and implementing a mobile strategy that suits their business requirements. I like nothing more than getting involved in supporting customers, not just my mobile customers but all mobile customers for talk telecom and advising them on the newest handsets. I love all things to do with Apple and in my spare time I enjoy spending time with my two children, my partner and my Blue Staffordshire Bull Terrier. I love Spain and everything about it and I spend a lot of my time there and I can speak the lingo!! I am also a Free Mason and I am proud of the amazing charitable work that we do

Martin Carvalho
Partnership Development Manager

Martin, better known by friends and family as “Marv”, has 18 years of customer service experience, working in Fitness Sales and managing private and public health clubs and leisure centres. Customer service is his passion and will use this to build great relationships with our clients. In his own time, he plays football and golf and supports Liverpool Football club. Still into his fitness, he and his partner spend their time outside, hiking around the world.

 

 

 

Paul Delahaye
Technical Support Engineer

I have over 15 years’ experience within Telecoms, diagnosing and fixing broadband, Leased Line’s and cloud telephone systems. Outside of work I enjoy Krav Maga, watching movies and spending time with my family.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jake Babb
Team Lead Technical Support Manager

Jake’s primary role is the provision of new services, installations and ensuring everything is set-up to the customer’s specific requirements. Outside of work Jake is passionate about football and can regularly be seen playing twice a week locally in High Wycombe.

Matt Avery
Technical Support Engineer

I enjoy working as part of a Team and helping to resolve customer’s problems in a fast and effective manner. I have over 10 years’ experience of diagnosing and fixing broadband, Leased Line’s and cloud telephone systems. Outside of work I enjoy golf, football and spending time with my family and friends.

Dave McCabe
Technical Support Engineer

I have been working in telecoms for over 20 years and have an in-depth knowledge of telecoms, mobiles and connectivity and enjoy supporting and assisting customers with any technical difficulties that they have. Outside of work I enjoy socialising with family and friends. .

Anya Sorenson
Technical Support Engineer

I’m a trainee IT technician who has studied IT at both college and university with a desire to expand on my knowledge and build my career. In my spare time I enjoy watching horror movies, spending time with friends and gaming. In my friends group, I am known for my distinctive tattoos, quirky hobbies and interests.

Liam Manning
Technical Support Engineer

I love helping customers with their support queries, tweaks and changes to their systems, it gives me an immense sense of fulfillment knowing I have been able to help someone solve their problem. I also enjoy all forms of learning and to relax I enjoy gaming with my friends and going to the cinema.

I am an experienced in 1st – 2nd line helpdesk support, executive support, team management, service support, communications management, hardware diagnostics, problem resolution and troubleshooting, helpdesk support. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and my hobby is writing computer code
